So when I got Turbofire, I started right away.  The Turbofire had a jumpstart 5 day plan to help you shed some weight really fast in the first five days by following the meal plan and exercises,  I was able to lose 5 pounds my first five days. I struggled to get through the workouts the first couple of days but then it got easier after the first four workouts.  I like the fact that they have a person in the workouts that keeps it low impact which is also where I had to start.  I still feel even though I did the low impact versions, I still was able to see and feel improvements.  It helped me stay motivated to try and lose more weight.  So I stuck with the program.  I am 6 weeks in and I have lost total 17 pounds.  I still have a way to go.  Now I have skipped a few workouts here and there but overall I noticed within the first week that my clothes were feeling losely.  I stuck with it the first  2 weeks but missed a couple workouts the second week.  Despite that, I am feeling pretty happy about the weight I lost so far and family and friends have also commented on my weight loss.

My favorite TurboFire Workout-  After going through all the DVDs, I have narrowed down my favorite workout to be Fire 55 EZ and Fire 45.  Fire 55 is my favorite,  it gets me sweating every time, and I like, no love the music.  Play that Funky music, Salt and Pepper’s Push It and some pretty cool dance, techno songs to keep you pumped.

Conclusion:

Overall,  compared to similar workouts the music is up to date and Chalene makes it fun.  There are other 90 day programs but what I like about Turbofire is that it doesn’t end in 90 days, you can keep using the DVDS on a regular basis.  I really like the fact as I mentioned earlier that  you can learn the routines at your own pace while increasing your intensity during the Fire Drills. Now the Turbofire workout is a high intensity workout that really works and can help you lose weight quickly.

The downside of this product is that it is really intense so you might want to check with a physician before getting started and it may also take some time to learn all the moves correctly.
